Vale Richard. You, along with your fellow Knights, have been an intergral part of my musical life. I look back with fondness at all the concerts I attended, both in England and in Australia. Who can ever forget you singing the words that Butch had put to The Can Can. Rest in peace my dear friend. I will miss you but am glad that all your pain and suffering has ended.
